At Commonry, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for a full refund or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the return slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized post office or designated collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
